My Dsy 31- ICAD

I’ve really enjoyed painting with the cobalt turquoise paint.  It just so happened that the little carton is that same lovely colour.  Cherries have been exceptionally good this year!

I did this piece in graphite and was going to leave it.  Then, I changed my mind and added the colour over the top.

My day 26 to 28

My Day 27.  I was inspired by Ekaterina Popova who had painted her red pepper (not sure but it could be acrylic she used).  I used cheap gouache.  Last evening, my own red pepper was included in our dinner.

Day 25

Day 25- Memories of our family vacation at Sauble Beach.  I was deconstructing an old stained blouse and thought it might be fun to add to this card.

What I wore to CT Scan day

What I wore to my semi-annual CT scan.  It was a beautiful day to be downtown Toronto and a short walk up to Queens Park (the seat of government here in Ontario).  Enroute, I saw these large seeds pods on the ground.  I looked on line and found out the name of the tree is the Black Locus.  It isn’t native to Canada but it is hardy in cooler climates.  Seemingly that is very true.

I love our little shamrocks that grow near the deck.  Spur of the moment, I stuck one on the page beforehand with Matt medium.

Day 20. -ICAD 2025

It’s July 1st
Day 20- I’m behind on posting because the wifi at the cottage is less than stellar.  I’m wearing my newest tankini bathing suit. Our son-in-law says the water is “refreshing”; for me, it’s freaking freezing!!! Regardless, love be there at Sauble Beach. #saublebeach #saublebeachlife #ontariocanada #iamcanadian #dyicad2025 #indexcardart #indexcardadaychallenge #smallworksonpaper #smallart
